What Size should I order?The Saltrobe design is not your average size but instead loose enough for you to pull your arms inside and get changed or alternatively, simply wear as an 'over everything' outer warm layer. The fit is supposed to be an oversize style - it is not a fitted coat. Our smaller sizes are shorter in length (as seen in some of our photos) as well as a smaller overall size. We have 4 sizes available: Kids Extra Small: Suitable for kids aged 5 - 9 (or up to 4'5) Kids/Adults Small: Suitable for ages 7 - 16 or a small adult (4'5 up to 5'1) Medium/Large: Suitable for (almost everyone) 5'1 up to 6'5. Extra Large: Only suitable for a much taller or wider person up to 6'8.

Can I wash my Saltrobe?Your SaltRobe is made for adventures and the outdoors and so it doesn't need to be washed regularly. We recommend you handwash it whenever you do need to clean it! Due to the waterproof outer shell fabric washing should be limited as much as possible, as the process could age the garment. Never expose your saltrobe to heat sources of any kind, drying it this way could lead to the inner lining losing its warming and quick-drying properties!

Can I get my Saltrobe embroidered?Yes! If you have a custom request we'd love to hear from you - minimum order quantities apply! Our embroidery service is offered to teams, clubs, schools and other such organisations. For more information simply send an email to hello@saltrobe.ie.

Can I return my Saltrobe?Yes! If for any reason you need to return or exchange your Saltrobe please email us at: Hello@saltrobe.ie and we will get back to you as quickly as possible! :) If you are not completely happy with your purchase, all eligible returns are accepted for store credit in the form of a gift card. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, in new and unused condition with all original labels/tags attached. Items must be unaltered, undamaged and unwashed, while in the customer’s possession. Free from any markings, make-up, self tanner, odours, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant and washing powder. What if your item is faulty? We hold our products to a very high standard - but if by any chance you have received a faulty item we are sorry and would love to have this resolved for you as soon as possible! We will offer a refund, store credit or an exchange (subject to availability) on any item purchased if the garment: Has a genuine manufacturing fault; and/or, Does not correspond with descriptions given to you A faulty item claim must be made within a reasonable time of receiving the goods. Please email your order number, a description and photo of the fault to hello@saltrobe.ie. You can expect to hear back from us within 1 - 2 business days.
